It all started when…
We met in Tamarindo in 2012, Katie having been in Costa Rica since 2003, and Happy since 2010. In 2015 we bought and renovated Casa de Arroz. Happy now manages several properties here in Tamarindo including our own. Katie spends most of her time helping her clients navigate the Tamarindo real estate market as well as helping to run Casa de Arroz.
